All sales are FINAL!
Once the order has been submitted, it cannot be refunded. We do not issue refunds for online orders. We do not cancel orders after the order has been placed. We DO NOT refund missing orders. Please understand that once the order has been sent out, FEDEX is responsible for the delivery of the order. Therefore, any shipment issues that occur after provided a tracking number, must be handled with FEDEX.
